The EuroTech Federation dinner series is back for its second edition in Paris. One dinner a month, bringing together the people building Europe’s deep tech future around a single table. This time we’re focusing on defense tech. Europe is rethinking how it protects itself, and a new generation of founders is building the hardware, software and dual-use tech to make that happen. This dinner is for them, and for the operators and investors backing them. The format doesn’t change: founders, operators and investors sharing a meal and the conversations that only happen off the record. We’ll start with a drink to mingle, then sit down to a full-course dinner served family-style, drinks included. Our special guest for this edition: Guillaume LeRouge, who works on the defense cohort at Hexa, Sprint backing and building the next wave of European defense tech startups. Why come? The first edition brought together people from Mistral, Serena, Hexa, Langdock, Foxglove and more, all at one long table. We’re keeping it small and curated again, so expect real conversations. A note on the price: your [30€] ticket covers the whole evening, including the welcome drink, the full-course dinner, and wine or soft drinks. EuroTech Federation makes no profit and covers the rest itself. Hosted by EuroTech Federation is a pan-European community of emerging deep tech builders, founders and researchers. 159 fellows across 20+ countries working on deep tech topics.

Could an entrepreneur be considered an artist? Founders are usually measured by numbers — revenue curves, valuations, exits. But numbers never capture the art of creation itself. PINACO-TECH-A portrays the brilliant entrepreneurs of our time as artworks. ~ Join us at 10:00 CET for the opening of the exhibition & networking ~ What to expect from the most unique event of the Italian Tech Week? Explore a first of its kind, extraordinary exhibition: Entrepreneurs portrayed as art - their successes, failures, and sparks of genius - on canvas. Join the panel: A conversation about the process of building - from 10:00 to 11:00 CET, hear from the most prominent ecosystem builders. Network with exceptional talent: A gathering of students, entrepreneurs, and investors ready to see creation differently. Does the founder resemble the painter, alone before the blank canvas? Or the composer, hearing what no one else can yet hear? On October 3rd, the doors open. The exhibition will stay open throughout the entire day - step inside at your preferred time, yet we would be delighted to welcome you in the morning for the opening ceremony. The art is unfinished — and the next stroke might be yours.
