You are:
→ Someone with past experience in an association or NGO with similar financial responsibility
→ Familiar with French administration and basic legal concepts
→ Understanding of basic legal concepts → Organised and relentless with follow-through - nothing falls between the cracks
→ Someone who is reliable, dedicated and holds high standards
→ Familiar with tech ecosystem and community building
→ A person that refuses to accept that Europe's best builders have to leave to succeed (and you're ready to change that)

You own:
→ Making sure all partner invoices are paid, on time and tracked
→ Keeping EuroTech cash flow positive and financially healthy
→ Ensuring we have sufficient cash reserves for upcoming big projects
→ Reimbursement management across the team - keeping the existing process running smoothly
→ Cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet upkeep in collaboration with the Head of Finance
→ Coordination with heads of department and the president on budgets and spend

Head of Legal

EuroTech is a registered nonprofit in France (association loi 1901). We need someone who can build a legal foundation that is transparent, compliant, and sustainable - and who can navigate French nonprofit law with confidence.

You are:
→ Someone with legal training or hands-on legal experience for contracts and organizational law
→ Detail-oriented and highly trustworthy with sensitive information
→ French legal background or strong familiarity with French nonprofit law (loi 1901) - strong plus
→ Able to operate independently with minimal oversight
→ Someone who is reliable, dedicated and holds high standards

You own:
→ Contract review and legal risk management across partnerships and agreements
→ Legal compliance for a French nonprofit - statutes, declarations, prefectural filings
→ Building EuroTech's legal infrastructure from early stage
→ GDPR compliance, data security frameworks, and core team agreements

The European Robotics House is our biggest bet on attention: five teams, three months in Zurich, everything filmed and posted, aiming to bring 1 BILLION views on Europe's best builders. But footage doesn't distribute itself, so we need one person owning the creator side end to end. You're the bridge between the marketing team and everyone with a camera and an audience.

You are:
→ Experienced working with content creators - as a coordinator, a creator yourself, or both
→ Someone who understands distribution: what makes content viral and how to engineer it
→ Persuasive and relentless with follow-through - nothing falls between the cracks
→ Someone who is reliable, dedicated and holds high standards
→ Familiar with tech ecosystem and community building

You own:
→ The creator network for the Robotics House - sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and managing influencers and content partners
→ The distribution strategy: which creators, which platforms, which formats, and when things post to compound reach
→ Coordination between the marketing team and every creator, partner, and team in the house
→ Tracking what gets posted and how it performs - keeping a live view of coverage and reach
→ Turning the house's raw moments into a coordinated content push toward the 1 billion view goal
